Q: What types of devices do you repair?
A: We repair all types of personal computers and laptops, including Apple Macs, Windows PCs, Gaming PCs, All-in-One PCs, ChromeBooks, Linux PCs, and Microsoft Surface laptops.

Q: Do you service tablets and smartphones?
A: We do not repair cell phones, and we only repair tablets with keyboards and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Q: Can you tell me how much you charge for basic service?
A: The majority of our basic services start at £60.00  If there is a problem, we will notify you ahead of time.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit card, credit card, and PayPal as payment methods.

Q: If you have to take a computer or laptop away for repair, how long does it take?
A: We can fix most problems at your home, but if the repair will take more than 2 hours or if spare components are needed, we will need to send your computer to our service worlshop. We provide a collect and return service and strive to return your computer to you within 24/48 hours, although this may take longer if we need to order spare parts.

Q: Do you have any engineering qualifications?
A: Yes, we are Microsoft Certified, as well as having additional hardware service certifications. We have a lot of expertise, so you can count on us to provide excellent service.

Q: How much do home and on-site business visits cost?
A: Home call service and business on-site callouts within the covered areas have no call-out fee, you will be charged a minimum of 1 hour(£60.00).
